- Inclusion in supporting documents for the General Assembly of the IPCEI ME/CT

- Surname and first name
- Contact details
- Professional data such as qualifications, curriculum vitae, position held, seniority, and monitoring working hours
- Information relating to research and innovation work for public funding
4 - Categories of Data Subjects
The data subjects include:
- IPCEI ME/CT’s staff or staff made available to IPCEI ME/CT, including employees, trainees, temporary staff, and more generally any employee
- IPCEI ME/CT’s legal representatives
- IPCEI ME/CT’s subcontractors

IPCEI ME/CT agrees to:

6- Data Retention
ABGI is authorized by IPCEI ME/CT to retain a copy of all personal data for evidential purposes for the duration of the legal limitation period. This data will be kept for evidential archive purposes and will be secured to the same standard as during the contract’s performance period.
7 - Data Subject Rights
Data subjects have the right to access, rectify, and request the deletion of their
personal data. All requests must be accompanied by proof of identity and sent to:

8 - Security Measures
ABGI commits to processing personal data strictly in accordance with IPCEI
ME/CT’s instructions and ensuring it is not subject to any further processing. The
following technical operations will be conducted with due diligence:

- Reliable storage and backup processes
- Thorough data analysis using provided tools
By adhering to these measures, ABGI ensures the confidentiality and integrity of
