At IPCEI Microelectronics and Communication Technologies (IPCEI ME/CT), we take your privacy seriously. This section outlines our commitments and responsibilities regarding the protection of personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

For all IPCEI ME/CT partners having signed the MoU, the data collection and use will be as outlined in the contract, for example:

  • Inclusion in information reporting templates
  • Inclusion in supporting documents for the General Assembly of the IPCEI ME/CT

The personal data processed may include:

  • Surname and first name
  • Contact details
  • Professional data such as qualifications, curriculum vitae
  • Information relating to research and innovation work for public funding

4 - Categories of Data Subjects

The data subjects include:

  • IPCEI ME/CT partners' staff or staff made available to IPCEI ME/CT, including employees, trainees, temporary staff
  • IPCEI ME/CT partners' legal representatives
  • IPCEI ME/CT partners' subcontractors

5 - Users’ Obligations

IPCEI ME/CT agrees to:

  • Only transmit data that is lawful, current, adequate, and relevant
  • Inform data subjects about the characteristics of the data processing and their rights as per the GDPR

6- Data Retention

ABGI is authorized by IPCEI ME/CT to retain a copy of all personal data in order to reply to questions and remarks from visitors of this website for the duration of the legal limitation period (end of the IPCEI ME/CT program). This data will be kept for evidential archive purposes and will be secured to the same standard as during the IPCEI ME/CT partners contract’s performance period.

7 - Data Subject Rights

Data subjects have the right to rectify and request the deletion of their
personal data. All requests must be accompanied by proof of identity and sent to:

ABGI commits to processing personal data strictly in accordance with IPCEI
ME/CT’s instructions and ensuring it is not subject to any further processing. The
